Booked meetings.
No sales team.

Moonspool finds the right people, writes to them in your voice, answers every reply and puts accepted meetings on your calendar. You have one conversation with it. Then you go back to building.

Hi Priya, Went through Lumen's onboarding yesterday. A new workspace has to invite three teammates before the dashboard unlocks, and that is usually where activation drops for tools like yours. Ripple exists for that drop. Two design-partner teams with a similar gate moved activation from 31% to 52% in six weeks, and I can show exactly what they changed. Worth 20 minutes next week? Every line above came from the founder's own knowledge base. Nothing was invented.

How it works

One conversation. Then silence, until the invite.

Tell it once

Who you sell to, why now, what you can prove, what you must never claim, and how you write. About thirty minutes, once.

It works while you build

It finds people on public pages, verifies their addresses, warms up your mailboxes, writes each email, follows up, and answers replies.

You get the invite

The first email you receive is a meeting that the other person has already accepted, on your calendar, in your timezone.

The emails

They read like you wrote them. Because you did, once.

No templates, no tracking, no marketing footers. A busy person should not be able to tell the difference.

SubjectRe: the three-invite gate
Hi Priya, One more thought. Your changelog says self-serve signups doubled since March. Same gate, twice the signups, means the drop is now costing twice as many teams. If this isn't useful right now, tell me and I'll stop here. Sam
  • Plain text.No images, no links in the first email, no pixels. Nothing that looks like a campaign.
  • One observation, one ask.Something specific about their company, from a page it can cite, then a single question.
  • Every claim is yours.Numbers, customers and promises come only from what you told it. It will not invent a statistic.
  • Follow-ups stay in the thread. Each adds a new angle. The last one closes politely and means it.

Deliverability

Your real domain never touches this.

Cold email can burn a domain. Moonspool is built so that cannot happen to the one your company runs on.

A separate domain

Outreach goes from a dedicated domain with its own mailboxes. Your main domain stays out of it.

Two weeks of warmup

New mailboxes exchange real, answered mail before the first outreach email. Slow is deliberate.

Automatic pauses

Bounce or complaint rates rising past the limits stop sending on their own, before damage spreads.

It stops at no

A decline, a stop request or a legal note suppresses the person, and their company, immediately.

Compliance

Careful by default.

Public pages only, never LinkedIn or anything behind a login. Every stored fact records where it came from and when. Consent-required countries, including the EU, are off until you turn them on. One request deletes a person everywhere.

Pricing

Pay for meetings. Not for seats.

One credit per accepted meeting.

A credit is used only when the other person accepts the invite. Your first meeting is on us.

  • Prepaid credits, no subscription, no per-seat fees
  • Up to three connected mailboxes
  • Dispute any meeting within seven days
